Would recommend to anyone that wants work done right the first time with people that stand behind their work. Our mistake was having a local company attempt to install our garage doors. Repeated calls to have it fixed and installed correctly, resulted in "we are too busy," or no answer and no call back. We went with OHD of Indy. They always have friendly courteous staff that answer the phone and help you out straight away. The sales crew came to assess our situation, and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the problem. They then scheduled an appointment convenient for us, with no hidden costs. The installation team called days in advance to confirm the appointment, called the day of the appointment to say they were on their way, and showed up on time. Kevin, Joel, and Andrey treated my wife and me with respect, went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and why, and instructed us on maintenance and operation of the high lift door. They took pride in their job, left the area clean, and even performed a visible inspection of our other garage door, and pointed out easy fixes that my wife and I remedied ourselves. I wish more companies and contractors provided this kind of workmanship and honesty. Can't praise them enough!
